If you’d like to cancel your booking and get a refund of your deposit, or make any changes, please let us know at least 15 days before your arrival date. Just send us an email at [email protected] from the same address used by the booking holder. Date changes or adding extra guests are always subject to availability.
If you’re still within the deadline for refunds or changes, here’s how it works:
If you haven’t bought your boat ticket yet:As a camper, your access to the island is guaranteed. To make things easier in case you need to cancel or change your booking, we recommend waiting to buy your boat ticket until your attendance is confirmed and you’re sure you won’t need to make changes (date, name, or number of people).
Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival are non-refundable for the first night, and changes cannot be made after this deadline. In cases of force majeure, such as health issues, you can get your deposit back by sending us an official supporting document by email. Please note that weather conditions are not considered force majeure, unless the ferry companies cancel trips to the island. In that case, you will receive a full refund.
