Cancellation Policy

Refund and Changes

If you’d like to cancel your booking and get a refund of your deposit, or make any changes, please let us know at least 15 days before your arrival date. Just send us an email at [email protected] from the same address used by the booking holder. Date changes or adding extra guests are always subject to availability.

If you’re still within the deadline for refunds or changes, here’s how it works:

If you haven’t bought your boat ticket yet:
  • Your cancellation and refund will be processed right away (within 24–48h).
  • Changes, if possible, will also be handled within the same timeframe.
If you’ve already bought your boat ticket and received your final authorization from the Xunta de Galicia (QR code):
  • Your camping booking can be canceled immediately, but the refund depends on canceling both the authorization and the boat tickets. This way, we can free up places for other campers.
  • Changes, if possible, may also require canceling your current authorization and boat tickets in order to issue a new permit, depending on the type of change.
Tip:

As a camper, your access to the island is guaranteed. To make things easier in case you need to cancel or change your booking, we recommend waiting to buy your boat ticket until your attendance is confirmed and you’re sure you won’t need to make changes (date, name, or number of people).

Late Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival are non-refundable for the first night, and changes cannot be made after this deadline. In cases of force majeure, such as health issues, you can get your deposit back by sending us an official supporting document by email. Please note that weather conditions are not considered force majeure, unless the ferry companies cancel trips to the island. In that case, you will receive a full refund.
